Our specialized strategies are focused on why most people don’t invest in real estate, namely, the deal does not cash flow and I do not want to manage properties. Some of these strategies include no money down financing and properties that cash flow from the day they are financed. We specialize in property management, a vital part in creating cash flow and equity building.

Our goal is to create equity positions in real estate by capitalizing on a property’s highest and best use. We work specifically with equity partners creating equity positions in real estate. We create equity positions through aggressive strategic property acquisition and timely sales. This includes flixers, fixer-uppers, multi-units, condo conversions, land, and development. From entry level homes to 20 unit buildings to storage units to strip malls. We spend our time actively in the market buying, improving and selling real estate.

We have established an infrastructure and network to locate and purchase our projects. We have a specific system for purchasing projects and establishing value.

We have created this system to protect ourselves and our equity partners investments and to generate great equity growth. These investments allow our equity partners to have a sense of financial security, additional income, an opportunity to build equity, to have great tax savings. They also know they do not have to do any property management.
